Horizon Information Technology is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Technical Office & Studies Manager.

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing a technical office and preparing engineering studies.
Experience in technical proposals, engineering studies, quantity surveying, and cost estimation.
Knowledge of technical specifications, contracts, and government and private tender documents.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Primavera P6 and MS Project is preferred.
Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
Ability to prepare technical reports and monitor project execution in accordance with quality standards.
